About This Course
At TEKsystems we pride ourselve on providing our clients with great content and experienced instructors who can deliver the highest quality instruction. In this course, we'll cover various techniqes, such as using questions to engage, adding real-world scenarios, and drawing out students that are not participating.
In this course, you will:
- Prepare properly to teach an in-person or virtual course.
- Start class appropriately and set clear expectations.
- Deliver a class using specific techniques to increase student engagement and manage challenging students.
- Assist students with accessing TEKsystem's ReadyTech lab solution.
- Wrap-up a class with a few critical closing items.
Audience
The target audience for this course is internal TEKsystems and external trainers or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in various technologies that need a foundational training course.
Requirements
- Three or more days training in Agile methods or equivalent knowledge.
- Six months to a year experience using Agile.
- Additional training on facilitation and facilitating Agile practices is a plus.
